Google API & Gmail Integration Limited Use Disclosure
Owlnit's use and transfer of information received from Google
APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including
the Limited Use requirements.
We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose any Google user data or Gmail API access
credentials to third-party tools, external databases, advertising platforms, or any
third-party services, except as strictly required to deliver and execute the email
sending services authorized by you.
4. Google OAuth Permissions & Data Access Scope
Our application requests specific OAuth permissions to operate the Cold Email Outreach
campaigns on your behalf:
- openid / profile / email: Used for secure user signup and login
(Authentication). We collect your Google ID, email address, and name.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: Used to send cold email
campaigns directly from your connected email account as configured in your admin
campaign manager.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly: Used to detect incoming
email replies to your outreach campaigns, allowing us to automatically pause follow-up
emails, calculate conversion rates, and show you campaign response analytics.
5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
We prioritize the protection of your personal and connected account data:
- Your Google OAuth refresh and access tokens are stored securely using industry-standard
database encryption protocols.
- We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to
provide you with our email automation services.
- You can disconnect your Google/Gmail account at any time via the Dashboard >
Cold Email > Gmail Accounts section. Disconnecting immediately revokes our
access tokens and purges all associated OAuth credentials from our database.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have full control over your personal data and connected integrations:
- You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated campaign/lead data
at any time by contacting our support team at info@owlnit.com.
- You can revoke Google OAuth permissions granted to our application at any time directly
through your Google Account Security Settings page.
